The portable/fixed electronic design light weight igniter available in standard custom design to suit all application for gas based pilot or main burner ignition.

Airoil Flaregas enters to agreement with Engineers India Ltd. To bring out the most wanted safe and trouble free igniters. EIL by virtue of its close association with conventional ignition system. The design has been exceptionally welcomed by major refineries during the prelaunch trials.

Compact, with the high voltage electronic transformer housed within an enclosure certified to Ex’d’ IIA, IIB, IIC with a push button assembly entirely mounted on the igniter lance. The igniter lance produces series of sparks on simple connection to the mains 230 V AC supply or via battery as desired.

Constriction Features

A specifically designed flameproof box to house the high voltage transformer.

A Cartridge type maintenance free electrode designed to work under the the prevailing high temperature conditions, resistance against high voltage and high strenght. The high strenght ceramic insulation avoids short circuiting thus resulting in high realibility.

An electronics design has developed for HV transformer having biult in short circuit potection and higher reability. The system can be used continuously and the electronic circuit of the transformer provides a high density current impulse to the induction coil and this is in turn generates high voltage and high energy sparks. The light weight transformer is totally enclosed, resin bonded and attched to the igniter.
